Charles Boyle currently serves as VP of Data Strategy for the Fortive FAL segment of OpCos. He was previously the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Octo Telematics in Rome, as well as Chief Data Scientist at Honeywell within their Connected Enterprises organization. In both roles, Charles built and led teams of data engineers, data scientists, solution architects, ML engineers and external consultants with expertise in data science, machine learning, AI, NLP, engineering and other advanced analytic domains. Charley and his Analytic Engagement Leadership team partnered with Product teams across business lines to design, develop, demonstrate and deploy new, innovative connected analytic solutions for both internal and external customers. These solutions generated value from the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) across the following platforms: connected vehicles, buildings, homes, warehouses, plants and workers. His primary focal areas included transportation (preventative maintenance), oil & gas (asset health & mgmt.), utilities (non-technical loss), aerospace (anomaly detection and fault prevention) and building solutions (predictive maintenance for HVAC) lines of business. Charles was also responsible for driving value for enterprise analytics use cases internally across the supply chain, procurement, commercial excellence, sales, credit/collections, logistics, and pricing decision areas.
