Tom Grisham is an AMS Product Manager driving innovation for the Manufacturing industry. He is on a mission to build and deliver world-class asset management solutions that reduce downtime and simplify employee experiences. Prior to joining Accruent in 2021, Tom spent 5 years in Oil & Gas solving business process inefficiencies through digital transformation. He received his MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Outside of work, you can find Tom in the mountains near his home in Seattle, either rock climbing in the summer or skiing in the winter.
