Austin is a long time “MC-er” with 15 years of working with the Maintenance Connection product; previous roles include leading the cloud infrastructure and even a small stint in accounting. Austin has operated as Product Manager of Maintenance Connection for 5 years. He most enjoys the opportunity this role provides to help create products that solve real problems and make customers’ lives easier. He also loves talking with people in such a diverse set of industries, from Food and Beverage to Aerospace manufacturing to Higher education. Austin has his bachelor’s degree in management information systems (MIS) from Sacramento State University, and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from William Jessup University.
Austin is officially a girl-dad with two young daughters under the age of 4. When he’s not at his desk, Austin loves spending time working with his hands (home remodeling, woodworking projects, etc), and does occasionally enjoy playing hardcore strategy board games.
