Heather Rodriguez is the Manager of Lease Administration at Accruent with over 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. She is a high energy forward thinker that currently manages over 700+ retail, office, subleases, storage, parking, and signage agreements.
While inspiring and driving her team of experienced and diverse Lease Analysts utilizing the Lucernex software for commercial clients, her team focuses on various facets of the Real Estate life cycle including abstractions, complex percentage rent, recurring rent, year-end CAM, Insurance and Real Estate Tax reconciliations, with client savings through invoice and desktop audits at the forefront.
Heather is a solution provider to her clients and assists them with implementing new processes, generating customizable reports with ease through her client’s dynamic business and economic changes as well as guidance through software migrations.
She maximizes various and reportable tracking tools, including ticket management software and Smartsheets. Heather continually strives for efficiency in order to manage COI, sales reporting and vendor management among various client departments including accounting, tax management, auditors, sales and legal groups.
When not at the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her two sons on their property in the Pacific North West.
