Prior to Accruent, Kody spent time consulting in cellular sales. He has an extensive customer service background and excels at crafting creative solutions to help his clients achieve their highest level of success. Prior to joining the Professional Services team, Kody served as an EMS Support Specialist for Accruent providing accurate solutions to expert and end users of EMS space management software products. Kody holds a bachelor’s degree in Informatics with a concentration in Interactive Media Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
