My name is Trina Tarczy. As the Leasing Manager for the past 8 years, I have had the pleasure to lead the small and mighty Leasing Team for Educational Media Foundation (EMF), the parent company to K-LOVE and Air1—the nation’s largest contemporary Christian radio network and broadcasts on more than 1,000 signals across all 50 states, several US Territories, and New Zealand. As the broadcast portfolio continues to rapidly expand to over 1,000 leases, it is even more critical to focus on developing not only the tools necessary to be successful, but equally important to invest in the team that is responsible for the portfolio. In late 2018, I led the implementation of Lucernex for Lease Administration, with a future vision of how I could influence our organization to have an enterprise mindset on how to leverage such a powerful tool. We have also now implemented ASC 842, Equipment Leases, and are in the process of finishing the implementation of AP/AR, with a future roadmap to include Capital Projects.

My passion is to build a professional team of thinkers that love to learn, want to be challenged, and that have a passion to complete their work with excellence. I have a background in systems implementation, supply chain, business analysis, plus many other areas that have served me well in my role as Leasing Manager.
