Brigitta Dunning is an experienced Digital Transformation Leader with over 25 years in the Information Technology field. Throughout her career, Brigitta has developed, managed, and championed enterprise-wide service management systems at several Fortune 500 companies, most recently Walgreens.

Brigitta is a seasoned and proven IT business leader with a talent for building strong teams. Relationships are her cornerstones; in addition to building systems and processes that propel organizational success, she is deeply committed to investing in those around her. She excels at communicating with global IT leadership to provide accurate reporting and information regarding ongoing projects and initiatives. Brigitta is experienced with vendor management, achieving mutual success on projects.

Currently, Brigitta is the Director of Retail Property Solutions at Walgreens. Her most recent initiative was bringing a best-in-class global Computerized Maintenance Management System platform, providing industry benchmarking insights, a mobile application, tighter purchasing controls, and embedded financial and operational analytics to Walgreens. Brigitta led launching ServiceChannel and related applications to 150,000 users across 9,000 Walgreens stores, corporate buildings, and distribution centers.
