Teresa’s journey in facilities management began two and a half years ago when she joined the team to implement ServiceChannel for Heartland. One of Teresa’s proudest achievements in this role has been leading the implementation of Heartland’s phased rollout of ServiceChannel. This initiative has transformed Heartland’s facility management procedures, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction. Her dedication to excellence and keen attention to detail has ensured a seamless integration, yielding significant cost savings and improved service delivery.
